Before I buy, is there a trial period?
Yes. Please contact us, and we will set up a demo organization for two users and a storage quota of 10 MB for sample data, available for 10 days. If you find the results satisfactory, we will transition you to a paid plan with a discount.
Why do the storage quotas seem low?
Synergi primarily works with natural language data in plain text or CSV files containing raw text. Based on preliminary tests, a 5 MB file can hold up to 15,000 rows of customer feedback, while it can also accommodate between 200 to 500 call transcripts, each lasting from 3 to 5 minutes. The storage quota not only pertains to disk space but also involves the volume of data that can be uploaded and the amount of data that can be processed. This is influenced by the AI's context window and available computational resources.
What kind of data can I upload?
The data can be in plain text files or CSV files containing raw text data. Synergi currently supports multiple .txt files for call transcripts and a single .csv file for customer reviews. The formatting and guides will be made available during onboarding. If you have selected the Custom Consulting plan, the Synergi team will assist in formatting and structuring your data.
How is data stored and processed?
As a representative of your organization, you will have full control over how your data is structured and sanitized. Synergi does not require any personal information for operation. Our clients typically sanitize cell phone numbers, addresses, and names to fully anonymize the data being uploaded. The uploaded files are processed using OpenAI, along with proprietary modules developed by Synergi to analyze, aggregate, and store the results. This data is stored in South Africa on S3-compatible storage systems and can be audited upon request. Additionally, it can be deleted upon request. If you delete your data through the Synergi interface, it will also be removed from our servers. The data is used solely for fine-tuning the current configuration based on the results, not the input data.
What is included in the custom consulting plan?
The Custom Consulting plan is based on a per-project basis. The Synergi Team will help you with the setup, data preparation and analysis, after which we include services for prototyping, testing, development and Go-To-Market services from our design, development and senior strategists.
